All made to orders take 7 - 12 days to be processed. Ready-to-ship items will be sent within 3 working days.
If you are shopping in Korea, your package will be sent via GS and should arrive within a few days. An email will be sent once your item(s) have been shipped which will include your tracking number.
Shipping - International (KPACKET)
All made to orders take 7 - 12 days to be processed. Ready to ship orders will be sent within 3 working days.
If you choose KPACKET, your order will take anywhere from 5-14 days to deliver depending on your country. For some countries packages are NOT insured and they are NOT tracked. Purple Mango is NOT liable for any lost or damaged packages when choosing KPACKET. If you would like a more secure/faster service, please choose EMS. KPACKET also has a limit of 2kg, so if you'd like to order more, you will either have to do separate orders or choose EMS at checkout.
