All 'made to orders' take 1-5 weeks to be made and shipped. Ready to ship orders will be sent within 1 week.

If you choose KPACKET, your order will take anywhere from 5-14 days to deliver depending on your country.

For some countries packages are NOT insured and they are NOT tracked. Purple Mango is NOT liable for any lost or damaged packages when choosing KPACKET. If you would like a more secure/faster service, please choose EMS.

KPACKET also has a limit of 2kg, so if you'd like to order more, you will either have to do separate orders or choose EMS at checkout.
