Since everything is handmade, it may take some time for the item to get to you. Please allow 1-5 weeks for the item to be made.

unfortunately I can not accept returns or refunds (unless the item is damaged) so please be accurate with the sizing :-)

Caring for your handmade items is pretty straightforward! All you have to do is remember to handle your items with care. Although a lot of love and attention has gone into your little creation, it is still delicate and may come undone if not cared for properly.

always hand-wash and spot-clean your items.

do not wring or scrub.

do not hang to dry - lie flat with a towel underneath.

If the item is looking a little out of shape, gently reshape it (without stretching too hard) when leaving it to dry.
